一、產(chǎn)品簡介： Product brief introduction
該機(jī)是專業(yè)針對工業(yè)紙板、灰紙板、密度板等各種板材V槽加工。采用新型的大滾筒式無塵開槽，把要開V槽的紙板無間隙的包在直徑600MM大滾筒上，多組皮帶壓緊，確保紙板開槽不會位移，從而保證開槽的尺寸及角度的精準(zhǔn)。采用該機(jī)具有高精度、高效率、刀具耐用、持久穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn)。
This machine is designed for slotting V-shaped groove on industrial paperboard, grey board, MDF and other boards. It is a new roller- slotting machine，which wrap the paperboard closely on the surface of the roller (The diameter is 600mm) and its belts compact the paperboard making the board not move and both the size and the angle accurate.二、顯著特點(diǎn)/Advantages and characteristics
1、高效率：本機(jī)是現(xiàn)有V槽機(jī)速度的2-3倍，操作簡單，僅需一人可完成整機(jī)操作；
2、開槽效果：V槽表面光滑，槽距及角度精確。沒有毛邊，生產(chǎn)天地蓋及皮殼板首選。
3、快速調(diào)刀：角度70-140度手柄任意調(diào)節(jié)，深度任意調(diào)節(jié)。
4、刀具耐用：采用進(jìn)口特級鎢鋼材料，紙板、中纖板均可開槽。
5、環(huán)保：作業(yè)時(shí)沒有噪音，沒有灰塵，V槽的廢料整條回收。
6、節(jié)能：整機(jī)功率僅為1.5KW，老式V槽機(jī)功率為13KW左右，降低了生產(chǎn)能耗。
1.High efficiency: The speed of this machine is 2-3 times as fast as existing device. It’s easy to operate and only one operator is needed.
2.Slot effect: No rough edges .The surface of V-shaped groove is smooth and groove spacing and the angle is accurate. It’s the first choice of top and bottom cover and leathered cover board.
3.Adjust blade fast: The handle can adjust the depth and angle of 70 to 140 degrees freely.
4.Durable blade: Using imported tungsten steel chip, it can slot paperboard and MDF.
5.Environmental protection: No noise, no dust and waste recycling totally.
6.Energy saving: The total power is just 1.5kw reducing the production energy, but the old mathine is 13kw.
